Carly and Rosanna are having a heated discussion on the deck of the cruise ship. Carly loses her footing and falls into the water. Mike jumps in to save her. Carly is taken to the hospital. The trauma from falling into the water causes Carly to experience labor pains. Mike later tells her she has lost the baby. They have lost Nora.
