"Small Town Saturday Night"

     This Independent Film offered a wonderful look at small town life, with an excellent cast set in place to unfold their intertwining story .  For this film, Shawn would play the poignant role of “Deputy Tommy Carson”, whose rocky relationship with his family was strained at best.  His ex wife, Samantha (Bre Blair) plans on leaving the small town with her boyfriend Rhett Ryan (Chris Pine) and taking his young daughter with them. His troubled, fresh-from-jail brother Donnie, played by the Oscar nominated Actor, John Hawkes, arrives in town and true to form, creates a ton of trouble for the Deputy to sort out.  Add to the mix a drunk and disorderly father, Charlie Carson (Muse Watson), who is less than amicable in supporting either son and you will know why a day in the life of Tommy Carson was indeed a rocky one!
